This Gilmour Bypass Lopper is great for routine residential use. I trimmed a yardful of overgrown trees, bushes and hedges over a period of two weekends with it, and the final cut was just as effective and efficient as the first. I don't think you can find a better lopper for the price, and it certainly competes with loppers that sell for twice as much. -- Gets the job done
